Multi line shell commands dont work when the bot is hosted on windows. If it is possible to fix this it would be super helpful. 
Based on the files that were changed, `infogen` should be able to decide what needs to be checked.
Look into providing a way to interact with shell (maybe only specific ones like bash) in a session. Possibly with tty?
Let's add some more details! If a session is connected and the bot is asked to shutdown it hangs on shutdown. CTRL+C has the same issue. CTRL+Z will kill it...
This isn't strictly something that needs to be supported by the cog itself - this requires to write a custom kernel manager for Notebook that will be capable to connect...
A tool should be interactive and after asking for everything it should add/update needed files - add `{pkg_name}/__init__.py` and `{pkg_name}/{pkg_name}.py` + update `info.yaml` (including running `infogen`)
