[suggestion] add a option to have resources that touch machines take it

adding onto the title, instead of using a physgun or grav gun, it would be nice when a resource, like power, if it feel onto lets say a auger, it gives it power, that way people could automate stuff like refueling and stuff, sorta like the new rust industrial update.
