No laptop preset for pulseeffects branch

When using fedora 38 with easy effects, the laptop preset is what i used. But now on Ubuntu 22.04 with pulse effects I cant seem to get a similar present even in the pulseeffects branch. Hopefully you could provide me with the laptop preset for easy effects that works for pulse effects as well thanks!

I'm not the author of the laptop preset. To make it compatible with the older PulseEffects version, there are two ways:

1. Load the preset on modern EasyEffects and take note of what plugins are loaded and with what settings, then replicate it with PulseEffects (easy)
2. Manually inspect the JSON files and map the settings (more difficult)

Anyway I'm on Ubuntu 22.04 too but I installed PipeWire and EasyEffects, it's just plain better, so if you can I would advise to join the PipeWire gang xD
