importing .SVG makes it freeze

Hi everyone, i'm have some troubles with the software. I recently dowloaded en used it but after severals import that worked now deepenest is freezing (i can't click on anything in the window, just have to close deepnest and try again)

I ahve tried to uninstall and reinstall deepenest but nothing is changing.

Any ideas of what i could do ?

A colleague and I are having the same issue with our DXFs. I haven't tried SVGs but we cannot get a single DXF to work without the program completely freezing.
