3D nesting

Great project. Please consider adding the ability to nest in 3D for SLS printing.

Deepnest is abondoned by the original author. There is a community based fork at this repo: https://github.com/deepnest-io/Deepnest

Fyi: there is already another fork who does 3D nesting. It is based on this project. Sadly I don't remember the name, but google is your friend :)
