Easy anticheat blocks openxr-layer-obsmirror as it is not digitally signed

Ghosts of Tabor is a relatively new OpenXR game and recently they implemented Easy AntiCheat. OpenXR Layer OBSMirror dlls are not digitally signed and will not currently work, please sign the dll so users can use your tool to broadcast the game.

Pavlov's UE5.1 beta is also openxr and since they already use EAC it also is not compatible with OpenXR-Layer-OBSMirror, blocking on the same XR_APILAYER_NOVENDOR_OBSMirror.xll

Same thing with Ghost of Tabor which just introduced Easy Anti-Cheat yesterday, can't boot it up unless I remove this dll file

Digitally signing is very expensive so sorry, can't be done.
