Add support for also updating citationkeys in linked .tex files when updating citationkeys in the JabRef database

I like the simple bibtex keys I have, but more importantly I am writing on a document (containing thousands of references) that relies on the JabRef database and is updated almost simultaneously to the JabRef database. This means, that, if I were to change lots of JabRef bibtex keys I would also have to change all the according references in the document, which use those keys. Since this document is unfinished (and will - by the nature of it - never be finished), I cannot just save the old JabRef database for the document and then apply the suggested changes to just a newer version of the JabRef database.
