Tooltips result in window focus loss when window-focus follows the mouse

Fedora Linux 42 (Workstation Edition) x86_64 with Hyprland 0.51.1 (Wayland)

Checked with the latest development build (copy version output from About dialog)

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. Setup "Follow mouse cursor" - For Gnome this can be done by installing an extension (I forgot the name), for hyprland this explains it: https://wiki.hypr.land/Configuring/Variables/#follow-mouse-cursor
2. Open JabRef
3. Hover with the mouse on a button, e.g. the "Open JabRefs GitHub Page"
4. Wait
5. Focus should change to the tooltip window, then quickly change back to the JabRef window since now the tooltip is not triggered any more. This happens in loop, since now the JabRef window gets focus again and triggers the tooltip.

I'm also having this issue. I'm using v6.0-alpha.3, which is even worse because now the tooltip will now appear every 300 ms rather than every 2 s, so it will just flicker constantly. In some cases it seems to be doing it even faster than every 300 ms and it just flickers constantly.
