UI progress indication button is not shown, if at start of JabRef it was hidden

Checked with the latest development build (copy version output from About dialog)

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. Start JabRef (it should be started in a way, that 1) either the window has small width, or 2) side panel have big width, you need to start JabRef, so progress indication button is hidden in >>)

2. Make window bigger and give some space for UI progress indication button.

See? It's gone :)

You don't even have to maximize the window, if you click on >>, it's also empty
