Running the website locally

I have uploaded a video here: /docs/assets/videos called running_ruby_server_windows.flv that shows how I run a Ruby server within my Ubuntu Bash shell on Windows 10.

As pointed out by @seanmcleod Ruby and Jekyll can be installed on Windows according to this guide.
