phinx status prints down migrations out of order

@MasterOdin Looks like it orders by status then by Migration Id which kind of makes sense

I don't think phinx allows interacting with databases outside of the database specified in the connection. Based on what I've seen it doesn't handle databases or schemas through migrations unless...
