please add placement=...

can you please add placement=... key to your plugin? Best way to add this, is in the box of the lanes function, something like a symbol with middle of the highway "here"(middle_of:...) and "left/right"(left_of:.../right_of:...)

can you also add shoulder=... to the plugin.

If you can add this two functions, this plugin will make the mapping more intuitive. But for the moment I need additional time to add these two keys, and so I will use preset from JOSM
