atan2 not using FASTMATH

Is there a specific reason why the float based org.joml.Math.atan2 function is not using Options.FASTMATH fastAtan2?

@haubna thanks for spotting! That was an oversight and not intended. Is now fixed with the latest 1.10.9-SNAPSHOT.
