Support `--id/--url` in `dsc ls`

It might be useful when working with DiscoDOS alongside the Discogs webinterface to have a quick way to view a Discogs release URL that is currently open in the browser. Copy/paste from address bar to terminal command like this: dsc ls -i https://discogs.com/release/... would be a good enough solution.
