Feature Request: customizable function labels for EACH dcc address
What if there was a function label table associated with each dcc address / locomotive address? Many times functions do different things across the various decoder manufacturers, especially considering legacy or outdated decoder. Many times the function uses vary, so it's helpful to have a separate description for each function. I hope this would not be too difficult to code. Thanks for creating such a wonderful and useful product!
If I understand your request, that is exactly what Roster entries do. Are you using JMRI? If so, the labels are set on the Labels & Media tab. If that's not what you're asking, please provide screenshots of what you're wanting.
Hi Steve,
Yes, okay, I didn’t realize that! I was using my home system – the primary is at the RR club – slhrs.org

Hi Steve,
On another issue, is it possible to display slightly smaller fonts when attempting to use more than 7 characters? You can see the overflow that occurs when there are too many characters to display on a single line. The next line has part of the display truncated. Thanks.

The most likely cause of this is that you have Android set to to use larger fonts than standard.
It depends on your Android version but, go into the Android setting and look for something like... Display -> Display size and text -> Font Size
reset it to the default size.
