Please provide binary for earlier sytems.

Facing the same issue. Since YouTube-dl is not 10.14 dependent, not sure why its GUI should mandate 10.14.

@JMARyA: I think it's because deployment target is set to 10.14. This excludes all potential users with earlier OS versions who won't/can't wrangle setting up the team and signing accounts and certificates.
