@bigdaz is there a potential that this occurred during an RC release? Perhaps there's some race condition between the `JSON` and the `sha256` checksum existing in the AWS bucket?

It looks like some linting tasks are failing. I've rebased the branch. Can you pull the branch and fix the formatting issues? After that I'm happy to merge this.
I'm interested in joining this SIG. I'd be curious to learn more about how to deploy the winning models.
Ideally, we would have some sort of automation to automatically update the README for every release.
