Moving windows becomes extremely buggy for no reason

Hello. I've recently discovered that sometimes, after moving windows with the mouse by clicking the titlebar and dragging it around, the window stops and now resizing doesn't work and moving the window with Mod+Click makes it shrink until it's size is 0 on both axis.
