cannot find installed charm

Hi everyone I have installed charm 0.5 correctly, after install the .deb file no thing happens. I have tried to search for it but without result. can you help me please.

For windows plant

  1. When you install the charm by the exe file. Maybe you could find the package in C:\Python27\Lib\site-packages
