Feature Request: Ability to quick block specific services

Feature Request: Add some quick block functionality for specific services that can enable/disable regex entries for services. For example, have a button that would enable YouTube regex to block YouTube services completely. Disabling would remove the regex entries. This has been done on other (iOS only) apps and I would LOVE to see this on Android.

Perhaps it'd be easier to simply implement a Status toggle button in the Domain details screen?
