Can anyone give me some advice about how to run MRTM module only ?

Now I already have the runoff data from a rainfall-runoff monthly model,and I want to use the routing module to help my research. It will be greatful if anyone can give me some advice. Many thanks again. What's more , I want to know if I can use other routing datasets about flowdirection and velocity besides MRTM which is based DRT routing scheme.
