Effect of climate on GDP

Hi, I am studying the effect of different climate transition risk scenarios on GDP using GCAM.

Has anyone used GCAM v7 to see the effect of any climate change on GDP? Are there any studies done by authors of GCAM to see the effects on GDP?

From my little knowledge of GCAMv7, climate change does not affect GDP cuz GDP is prescribed in input(XMLs). These GDP projections (forecast) are from the SSP database.

See here https://jgcri.github.io/gcam-doc/inputs_economy.html GDP is External Inputs, which is not affected by climate change in present version. I think this is an valueable issue (GDP affcted by climate), but it is really really hard.
