Meanings of the query term 'CO2 emissions by sector (no bio)'

I'm not sure if 'CO2 emissions by sector (no bio)' removes all emissions containing biomass when calculating emissions? For example, in the calculation of transport emissions, is only fossil fuels (oil, coal and gas) included in the refined liquids emissions, and biomass is excluded?

I think you are right. Biomass is "carbon neutral" in this case. The other query separated biogenic carbon (e.g., negative values in regional biomass), but emissions would include both bio and fossil.
