Set energy consumption constraint

Hi, I'm trying to set some energy consumption constraints in GCAM, e.g. percentage of non-fossil energy consumption as 20% in 2025, 25% in 2030, 80% in 2060, etc.. Is there any quick way to do this? I've read the GCAM documentation yet they don't really explain on this. Thanks a lot in advance!
