Question about XML inputs

I would like to find a feasible way to personality generate myself XML inputs. And I also found the modelinterface that there is no more instruction on it. I just guess it can be used to generate XML files. Anyone can help me with how to generate it from CSV files or somewhere or how to modify the XML inputs？
