Dear Demeter Team: When running Demeter-2.0 and reaching the step of reading the projected GCAM data from the attached file (adapted to match Demeter input format requirements): [Reference.csv](https://github.com/JGCRI/demeter/files/14232020/Reference.csv) I get...

update pointer to data for version 2.0.0 in https://github.com/JGCRI/demeter/blob/1bb5d981d97d9c6d87521df3aabf80363ab81276/demeter/install_supplement.py#L19. Currently points to the same data as 1.3.1. fixes #40

The `DATA_VERSION_URLS` dict located in `demeter/install_supplement.py` seems to missing a value for the current version which is causing issues during installation. Just needs a minor fix. Thanks!

There are land types that we want to preserve (protected areas, water)

Integrate the latest moirai base layer. This will mean more land types, and making demeter outputs consistent with latest moirai outputs. The outputs would all be 5 arcmin values.

Currently all grass, pastures are mapped to Grass. We now have the ability to add in pasture expansion/transitions using latest base layer from moirai.

Use the latest suitability constraints from moirai for this.

More up to date data on soil workability, nutrient availability is available from SoilGrids

Latest moirai has an output for soil and vegetation carbon for each 5 arcmin grid cell

How were these characteristics derived from US / global soils datasets, which ones were used etc.
