`regrid` code, or testing code, broken?

Hi @ktoddbrown - I've brought all the testing code up to date, but test_regrid.R was throwing all kinds of errors. For now, I've just disabled (skipped) it all, since I think that regrid code was experimental/new anyway. FYI.
