Random background color change only in menu bar

Hello everyone,

I hope you're all doing well. I'm writing to report a minor but curious issue I've encountered.

I'm using FlatLaf in dark mode with Oracle SQL Developer on Windows 10. What catches my attention is that when opening the program, sometimes the menu bar has a dark background and other times it has a light background. However, the rest of the interface always displays correctly with a dark background. I can't figure out what causes this apparently random change when opening the program. Since it's only the menu bar background, it's not concerning at all, but it is a mystery.

Strange... Does the menu bar keep the dark background when you e.g. resize the window? Or is it light after a repaint?
