Inventory degrades when hive blocks break.

The inventory moves out if you place the 2nd expansion block near an advanced hive, break it and open the hive.

Also this works with all hives and expansion units

1.Place the expansion module in the advanced hive. 2.Add another expansion unit to the expanded hive. 3.Then you break one of the expansion blocks. 4.You enter an advanced hive and your inventory ends up breaking.
