Update to latest XPRA version

Hey @JAremko !

This bridge image is very useful, simple plug & play. Currently, XPRA 3.0.1 is used:

Is there a chance to upgrade the docker image to the latest version 4.3 (https://github.com/Xpra-org/xpra/blob/master/docs/CHANGELOG.md)? It has many bug fixes and performance improvements. :-)

They dropped python 2 support so it gonna be a lot of work. And i'm short on time this days. If you find this repo useful you can have it :smiley:
