Vehicle Rider Animations are hard-coded...

Vehicle rider animations are hard-coded to overwrite whatever is specified in the vehicle file. This needs to be fixed so that it respects the animation specified in the vehicle file-- as long as that animation exists. If it does not exist then it can go to a default animation.

Hardcoded where? Is this something that needs fixing as a whole or just for your project? Is this SP?
