optimize Performance ?

Hello.

i have around 0.3 million data and i have to make pair on minimum 3 columns, so after doing that i have 40 million index records, and when I'm comparing those, I'm having memory issue and also it's also taking so much time to run.

so is there any way to optimize this process with this much of data ?, i tried everything which mention in documentation to increase performance but nothing work well.
