Rediscovering of DS

Hi Gregory, great component you've created. Successfully integrated it in my Home Assistant install so I can control my Dreamscreen inputs in my harmony hub activities. One thing I think would be a nice improvement is to be able to set the device entity fixed or auto discovered.

I don't have my dreamscreen always powered on, only when my TV is switched on. So now if I restart my home assistant I need to make sure the dreamscreen is on otherwise it won't create a device entity. So being able to create a fixed entity, for example through the configuration, or through auto discovery would make my life a bit easier. :-) Let me know your thoughts on it. Thanks!

As I also dislike restarting HA everytime I will look into this asap. It may could take some days.

The restart function works to a degree I am having issues with it working on more than one of my 3 DS but after @J3n50m4t added the Entity option I got it working on 1 for now.
