Xbox360 Virtual Controller: Negative Analog output values are off by +1

The Xinput state of a Gtuner Xbox360 Virtual Controller's analog stick is -32767 when it should be -32768, and +0 when it should be -1. Non-negative values work as intended.

This is true whether the virtual controller is mapped to the INPUT or OUTPUT of the TitanTwo.
