Make it a bit clearer which profile is currently loaded

At the moment you need to navigate to the "Device Monitor" tab to see which profile is loaded. I have two alternative suggestions for making it a bit more obvious:

1. Make it so the loaded profile number is darker (like it currently is, see the screenshot below), while the unloaded ones are a little greyed out.

2. And / or put the name of the loaded profile into the app header, e.g.
