Reverb doesn't work in the DS-files

Hi Jorge, first of all thank you very much for giving these samples to the community, that's very kind. I owned a X5RD years ago and was very surprised that someone made this time consuming work to sample the preset sounds. It's also great that you use the open xml-format of the decent sampler, so everyone can use and modify the sounds.

Unfortunately the Reverb and Room knobs in the presets didn't work for me, so I started to investigate the xml-structure. I found that in your files there's missing the effects-element, so the binding-element of the FX_REVERB_WET_LEVEL-parameter couldn't find what engine-module it should use. I modified all your files so that the reverb works.

Are you interested in the modified files ? Certainly you may upload them here in Github, if you like.
