Add Shared ExtData Menu Back?

I had to download a 2017 version of JKSM to manage Shared ExtData again, it would be cool to have the feature in the modern version!

2020 version still does not have Shared ExtData, so cant export Mii Maker data

For those passing by, I forked this repository and built a cia with "Shared ExtData" enabled from an older commit: https://github.com/memoization/JKSM-Shared-Ext/releases

It should have relatively recent changes including the 05.08.2020 release.
