Invalid Player Inventory when using Citizens plugin and BYG | 1.19.2

Description

When a player tries to join the server when the Citizens plugin is added every player gets a "Invalid Player Data" message and when I remove citizens it works perfectly fine.

I asked in the Citizens discord as well and this is what they had to say.

Step to reproduce

Install Citizens Install BYG and its dependents Try to join the server
