[1.16.5-1.0.22] Colour Formatting not working correctly

Description

When using legacy colour codes for Luckperm prefix, the colours get weird

Had to use a Custom Forge version [36.2.34] as 36.2.30 is the minimum forge version that Pixelmon can run on

Step to reproduce

1. Get a Arclight Server with LuckPerms and any Chat Formatting Plugin
2. Give the default group a colourful prefix done by https://rgb.birdflop.com/ via /lp group default meta setprefix command (Use the Legacy Format in the site)
3. Send something in chat and witness the prefix having random colours which is not supposed to happen
