First try on MTXSERV, same result (same logs) Second try on my personnal server, same result (same logs)

Simply download and install Arclight neoforge as indicated on the github and in the tutorial. No mods or plugins installed. Clean install from scratch.

Using java jdk17.

Step to reproduce

1. Installation of arclight-neoforge-1.20.4-1.0.3-13f0d63
2. Accept EULA
3. Restart
