Adding Tags to Planned Payments

What do you want to be added or improved?

As a user I want to have the capabilities adding tags to Planned Payments

Why do you need it?

• As the paymend planned will be spawn as a expenses in the future, we should be able to tag it as per normal expenses
• Enable us to filter out these expenses

How do you imagine it?

When setting up a Planned Payment, there's an option to choose tags.
