Structure not generating properly when using a World Script transformer

Heya,

having an issue generating a structure for my maze when using a World Script in the transformers section.

Here are some screenshots of the settings and results (first one is how it should generate, 2nd one is how it generates, followed by the settings): https://imgur.com/a/q7jsHan

If i remove all the "Run Command" entries from the World Script section, it still breaks.

If i remove the entire World Script entry, it generates just fine.

Could you attach the structure? I'd need to replicate this problem on my end to figure out what's going on.
