Simple_Dungeon loot table does not properly load extra pools in it.

Been working on a dungeon pack as of late using Recurrent complex to generate them, but I've been running into a rather noticeable issue where I cannot get the dungeon chests to generate anything but vanilla loot despite loot tweaker telling me the simple_dungeon loot table has several other mods adding to it.

Instead the chests only ever generate vanilla items.
