Mod causing microstutters/microlag?

I don't know why, but I'm experiencing microstutters and lower framerate in general with this mod installed. Without the mod installed, the game runs really smooth compared to when it is.

Here are some debug graphs with and without the mod installed:

My HW: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 GPU: AMD R9 270X RAM: 8 GB

Other mods I had installed: -Aether II -NEI -Optifine -FancyBlockParticles -Rei's Minimap

What I did to test this was that I was adding each mod listed above one by one, each time checking the debug graph to see the impact. The graph readings were barely changing. That's until Psychedelicraft is added.

The game runs really well with all the mods listed above installed(the graph labeled 'WITHOUT') until this mod is added(the graph labeled 'WITH').

Also one thing I should probably note.. I disabled the rifts in the config file because I though that might've been lagging. (the world I was testing this in was created without the mod installed.)

I hope you can find a fix for this. Me and my friend really like the mod :D
