Question re getting credentials

I got as far as running the following:

python get_credentials.py

This failed because the cmd prompt window was running under my windows laptop account. My Google project does not have this defined, just my Gmail account that is the admin I created it with and home assistant generated accounts. So I know this is not a direct integration question but I wondered if anyone running this on Windows knew how to get around the permissions issue and whether it can be run under a gmail email account id? Otherwise I have issues in that my laptop domain is not defined in the project and I am a home user so setting up a Google workspace account to add this domain will be a nightmare.
