FR: Allow booping only a single line

It would be nice to be able to apply the settings only to a specific line (or multiple lines). It can work based off selection.

This is particularly useful while drafting something down and rather than switching between my IDE and Boop I can just paste in the content, manipulate whatever I need and bring it back to wherever.
