FooterTemplate , update to .net 5.0.2 and LinqKit to 1.1.23

Option to set a different template for the column footer using the <FooterTemplate> tag + update to .net 5.0.2 and LinqKit to 1.1.23.

I think the intention is to keep BlazorTable at .NET Standard 2.1 and referencing Blazor 3.x libraries for the moment so I don't think this PR can be accepted. @IvanJosipovic what is your view on this?

I agree, I think we should keep Blazor 3.X support until .Net 6 comes out. It might be worth to pull out the FooterTemplate change out of this and make as separate PR.
