DeskThing doesn't connect unless I restart chromium

Every time I restart my computer, DeskThing doesn't work until I manually restart chromium on the DeskThing. Is there any way to fix this?

Yes but the fix is only on Discord as of right now as a hotfix

Under resources there's "Enable the Restart Script" as a guide that'll fix that issue

We're working on baking that into one of the images though

just did this and it seems like it doesn't work still.

Same issue here. PC and DeskThing server started, plug in client, Deskthing sees it, but Spotify app won't connect, "client doesn't have internal ID" error until I hit configure for client on clients page. Restart script in discord looks intensive, and I'm lazy lol. Thanks for the good work Riprod.

Alright there have been a few updates

You can now go to Settings -> Server -> AutoDetect ADB

Then go to Client -> Details (next to your device) -> ADB -> Configure restart script

Both of those will let it auto reconnect
