Broken Zip Files clear all downloaded apps

Because there is no zip file validation, if a zip file is uploaded that isn't formatted correctly, the program will freak out and delete all the downloaded apps.

To repeat

1. Zip up an app with the following structure

app.zip
- app
 - manifest.json
 - index.js
 - index.html

2. Load that into the desk thing
