Mac [arm] - If port 5037 is already allocated to another ADB process, then ADB will not correctly identify the deskThing

What my port allocation was showing for 5037 when no ADB connection was successful:

What is shows after killing everything (on that port) to ensure ADB is no longer hanging:

Suggestion - kill other conflicting ADB processes on the port if CarThing cannot connect to DeskThing app (maybe via debug button or something?)

Will be implemented - Hopefully I can resolve this automatically

I'll have to try and reproduce on my own to further diagnose what is causing the original ADB instance to be unable to detect the car thing
